What are the basic documents needed for booking the property with MP developers?

NRIs shall be required to produce proof of identity, address, passport, along with specific property-related documents for booking the property.

NRIs can avail of home loans from Indian banks, with repayment in Indian or foreign currency, subject to certain conditions. The Banks are duly guided by our team.

Tax implications are there on rental incomes and capital gains (up on selling the property) with applicable exemptions and deductions.

Yes, NRIs can repatriate rental income by complying to the RBI guidelines. The process involves certain documentation, including tax compliance proof, etc, that can be well guided by our experts.

Once the property is booked, the document collection process begins and all is set for property registration in the name of the owner/s. The necessary legally valid documents shall be procured and the registrations process will commence on a stipulated date in the sub registrar office that the property falls within.
