I want to acknowledge and appreciate the sincere efforts of Kavitha and Sathish from the CRM team, who stepped in and took ownership of the situation. Through their consistent follow-ups and support, the issue has now been resolved. While my journey with MP Developers had a rough start, I truly value the dedication shown by Kavitha and Sathish in bringing it to a positive close. I hope the company continues to build on such accountability and improves overall customer experience going forward.
